Team Phoenicia would like to welcome you to our prize entry blog.

We are based out of Menlo Park, California in the United States but have strong ties to New Mexico and other locales. We have strong backing from our sponsors and we are bristling with a wealth of developed or exclusively licensed technology and outstanding sponsorship support that will allow us to accomplish the GLXP’s goal.

Even though we have been out there for some time, we have held back a fair amount of information. That which we can, we will now share. We will be detailing our efforts over the coming months.

We have built a proof of concept lander and we are working on a similar level rover. These are not the final flight hardware. They are our technological training wheels that have helped us gain experience in rockets and planetary rovers.

We are very excited about what we have accomplished already and what we will accomplish in the near future in pursuit of the Google Lunar X Prize. We are delighted and honored to be participants.
