One of the more amusing things that Team Phoenicia has experienced is the time lag that tv spots and news takes for its features to get from being shot to being shown. We were interviewed some time ago for Autoline Detroit and it took months for it to finally get on TV and their websites. The same thing has happened again.

CBS came through and did a feature on Techshop. Techshop is a Do it Yourself machine shop +. It has laser cutters, water jets, bridgeport mills, welding equipment, lathes, and a plethora of things that we don't get to use. Techshop is one of Team Phoenicia's sponsors and we make appearances on their behalf. Unfortunately, that day, we could not make it to the shop. Techshop asked that if they could wheel out The Wind at Dawn for a guest appearance. We obliged and let them. An appearance of oen of our rockets, albeit an unfinished one, was better than nothing for promotion and it was our way of saying thank you for the help and access that Techshop provides.

Except our name was never mentioned. Doh.
