Carlo Gavazzi Space, one of the industrial partners of Team Italia has been renamed CGS SPA – Compagnia Generale per lo Spazio. CGS will continue to participate to Team Italia as one of the major industrial partners. CGS is leading the development of the lunar surface rover, by coordinating the effort of two universities and one industry. The rover concept is currently under design phase, with some parts (eg wheels) already available as breadboards.
