Say hello, to Astronomska udruga Vidulini, a new collective member of Team SYNERGY MOON!
The village Vidulini is in the middle od the Istria peninsula, the very obvious piece of land on east coast of northernmost Adriatic. The nearest town there is Kanfanar, for many anonimous too. But this is the magic part of Croatia which many of visitors nicknamed "The Unknown Tuscany of Croatia".
Vidulini is consisted of only 15 houses, population is 50. And still they have astronomic club Austronomska Udruga Vidulini (AUV). They have a networked telescopes, they send instruments on stratospheric balloons, they have made a mockup lander, and they have a working rover. All these things for their own fun and kids education.
Take a look to their website http://www.astronautika.com/en/
Željko Mogoroš is their member. He is retired engineer in electronics. He worked for 25 years in inside developer team for ITT Schaub Lorenz, now Thomson, in Germany. He has been in team that have built uniquue, or small series instruments for air and space industry, including NASA in it's most glorious days of Apollo program. He returned for good from Germany, now waiting year or two to fulfill the proposed age requested for German retirement. But he didn't come to Kaštelir, the village of his birth, to stay retired. He joined Vidulini Astronomic Club just to share his curiosity with younger members in space activities. He is the author of existing rover "Veli Jože" ("Big Joe") named as Istrian medieval fairytale hero.

AUV has own ambitious plans to build and launch pico-satellite, and lunar lander with lunar rover capable for autonomous exploration of unknown surroundings for two weeks. The have launched first satellites with stratospheric balloons, built a mockup of lander, and rover "Veli Jože" has passed the first test of autonomuos exploration in wild between Rovinj and Rovinjsko Selo - 12 kilometers!

Team SYNERGY MOON is delighted to embrace AU Vidulini to Team's membership and will provide everything necessary to build, test and land a rover to a Moon surface which will be built an basis of "Veli Jože" as a bigger prototype. As the reverse partnership with projects of AUV Synergy Moon LLC would also like to handle the launch of their Croatian Satellite, be part of that project.
