Dear XPF,

I just got informed by these two blogs here today, that the XPF sent out an email on April 15, 2011 containing a modified new version (3.2) of the so-called “Final and Legally Binding” MTA. I never received such kind of email and the XPF have at least 3 email adresses where they could reach me anytime. One email account is used frequently and I just received an Initial MTA Compliance Warning Letter a few days ago‏. I also never received any reminder and there was no official information available till yesterday, that even such new MTA 3.2 exists and all teams have to sign it again in a time frame of two weeks. Not more to say than quoting Wernher von Braun again:
