An experiment I did today. Hexamine and KClO3 are not shock or friction sensitive like many other fuels with this strong oxidizer. Combustion of hexamine and KClO3 is hesitant, a lot of heat need to be applied to ignite, bigger amounts are even not able to ignite. Adding substance X, the combustion is vigorous and the mixture ignites immediately:
