Sorry, you misunderstand the whole concept of LuRoCa. Wait till you saw it in action.

I think it is fair to say that your LuRoCa will not perform as intended. Even on the salt flats (flat ground on earth) your car will spin out of control and then flip. On the moon, it will nose dive into the soft regolith or hit a rock. A "skimmer" would be better if you intend for ground contact, skimming in the same manner as a plastic snow sled or disk. But rocks will still be your enemy.

You should be thinking "snow mobile" at rocket velocities, not race car. At high velocities, the regolith will perform more like snow.

Also, on the moon, your streamlined design is irrelvant because there is no air resistance. That is earth-thinking.

If you wish to use a rocket, then it should operate on a trajectory above ground. Importantly, a catapult or slingshot system offers the easiest route. Did you know that throwing a football 500 meters on the moon is as easy as throwing an football 80 meters on earth? You do not need a big system. Even a shotgun-type launch system will be enough for small rovers.

I don't want you to waste your resources on something that will not work as intended.
