Mystical Moon would like to thank everyone who has sent emails of encouragement and support. We also believe that what we are trying to do is very important. We believe that we are standing up for all the teams’ rights and trying to protect the innocent – the children. It is not a fair situation if one party believes that they can breach a legally binding contractual agreement while forcing the other party to comply. The X PRIZE Foundation has breached the Master Team Agreement (MTA) and refuses to address this issue. In fact, they simply want to ignore their breach while attempting to enforce the MTA by “bullying” the teams. This simply is not an ethical business practice.

Furthermore, there has been no progress on the Dispute Resolution process as we have not heard from the X PRIZE Foundation since May. This is very disappointing because without a viable process for the teams to voice their issues the MTA becomes completely one-sided, overly oppressive and unconscionable. Is this what the X PRIZE Foundation (and Google) want? Is this the way that Google and the X PRIZE Foundation operate? Where is the leadership of both organizations? It appears that they are distancing themselves from the issues rather than getting involved to resolve them. This is NOT leadership gentlemen.
