Dispute Resolution Process

Unfortunately, we have not heard from the X PRIZE Foundation since our last teleconference in May. Therefore, we have no updates regarding how the process works or even if there is a process. It appears that the X PRIZE Foundation is, yet again, in control of whether the teams have an avenue to address issues. We can only wait and hope that this process will actually lead to our issues being addressed.
