I've been watching the live webcast of the 3rd launch attempt of the Falcon 1 from Space X. It lifted off after several delays in the countdown, but about 2:20 into the flight, the camera stopped, and they went back to their hosts at Space X HQ in CA, announcing that the "launch vehicle is experiencing an anomaly".
Not sure, but that doesn't sound too good.
I am always in favor of encouraging entrepreneurs like Elon Musk for taking these kinds of risks; indeed every team in the GLXP is undertaking no less risk in each of their journeys.
I guess I'm really feeling for the team at Space X right now; it hits close to home, and I wish them well. I don't know the result of this "anomaly", so I may be speaking prematurely, so I will just leave it at that.
Keep moving forward...
Pete
