Together the IEEE Foundation and JURBAN will change to future. We have applied for a grant, good thing their grant rules fall right in line with JURBAN mission (see *)
1) Using technology for *humanitarian causes*.
2) Improving math, science and technology education from pre-university through continuing education. (*WHOLE THING)
3) Introducing pre-university students to engineering and science.
4) Activities for *university students* such as professional development, student conferences, etc.
5) Preserving, studying, and promoting the *history of IEEE* associated technologies.
6) Recognizing major contributions to IEEE associated technologies. (*We are using Spacewire)
7) *Extraordinary initiatives* outside these areas that show promise of significantly advancing our profession or making a major contribution to the worldwide commmunities we serve.
